Q2: Are you bonded and insured? Yes. Sawyer Building Services carries commercial general liability insurance and a janitorial surety bond. Proof of insurance is available upon request and can be included with any proposal.
Q3: Do you perform background checks on your employees? Yes. All applicants undergo a criminal background check through the Michigan system and must meet our screening standards. We also use pre-employment drug screening and reference checks.
Q4: How do you ensure quality and consistency?
We use a combination of:

We also encourage feedback and will make adjustments quickly if something needs attention.
Q5: Can you handle special requests or one-time projects? Yes. In addition to regular service, we can schedule project work such as floor care, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-event cleanup. These can be quoted as add-ons to your regular service.
